Xsilva will be performing an update to our web server configurations next week in order to improve the security and performance of your hosted accounts. These updates will be performed Monday, September 5th and Tuesday, September 6th between 7AM and 10AM EST. During these windows, Web Store availability for shoppers should not be affected. However, SFTP access to your Web Store files will be temporarily disabled.

Our team will be posting regular updates to this blog during the upgrade process, to keep customers informed as to the progress of the upgrades.
