The cause of the outage has been isolated to an issue with our network-attached storage device, and has been addressed to bring all hosted Web Stores back online. We are working with the our hardware vendor to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
We thank you for your patience and understanding, and apologize for any inconvenience this short outage may have caused.

All Web Stores hosted with Xsilva should now be fully restored and accessible – as our web and database server were not impacted by the power transfer issue, no data was lost while stores were brought online. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
If anyone still has issues connecting to their Web Store, please contact our Support team for further assistance.
While our primary load balancer appears to have been damaged during the failed power transfer last night, our hosting team has switched over to our secondary load balancer to restore availability to our hosted Web Stores.
Xsilva’s licensing server is now accessible again, and hosted customers will be brought back incrementally online over the next two hours, while account configurations are verified and enabled.
Further information will be posted as soon as availability has been restored for all hosted customers.
At approximately 11 PM EST on Wednesday, November 3 a fire occurred outside the co-location facility used by Xsilva Hosting and caused power disruptions for the facility. As a standard emergency procedure, all facility power was diverted to backup generators – however, the power transfer was only successful to 2 of the 3 generators. The third generator failed to come online as expected, and the failed transfer knocked both primary and secondary load balancers offline while leaving our web and database servers up. This has caused both our hosting sites and our licensing server to be temporarily inaccessible.
A team is currently on-site bringing the load balancers back online, and further updates will be posted here are soon as they are available.
We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding
